After receiving an ITA

CanImmi - Canada Immigration Utility

Importantly, an ITA is not a guarantee of permanent residence. Once a candidate receives this invitation, they are granted a strict 60-day window to submit a comprehensive electronic Application for Permanent Residence (eAPR). During this time, the applicant must gather and upload all required supporting documentation—such as police clearance certificates, medical exams, proof of funds, and language test results—to prove the claims made in their initial Express Entry profile. If the application is successfully processed and approved, the individual will receive a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR).
